Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wildflower case as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and all sale items are considered final sale.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you; simply print it out and attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unused case in its original Wildflower box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
