Every Wildflower case is handmade and features a limited-edition design. Because of the artisanal manufacturing process, no two cases are exactly alike, making your accessory as unique as you are.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How do I know which case size fits my phone?
You can find your model by going to your phone's Settings > General > About. We offer sizes for most iPhone models; please ensure you select the correct version from the dropdown menu before checkout.
